Welcome to Green Unisex Salon & Spa. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided at our spa in JP Nagar 3rd Phase, Bengaluru. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Services

Our services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. To book a treatment, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and current information during the booking process.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Appointments

We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time and treatment. All bookings are subject to availability. Booking requests are confirmed by the spa on WhatsApp or by phone, and a slot is reserved only once we confirm it.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment time will incur no charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

3. Health and Safety

Your well-being is our priority. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical ailments before your treatment begins. Green Unisex Salon & Spa reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsuitable for a guest's specific health condition.

Guests are expected to follow all safety guidelines provided by our staff.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices shown on our website are starting prices; the final price depends on the treatment and duration you choose and is confirmed when you book. Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. All payments are made at the spa at the time of service, and we accept all payment methods, including major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash.

5. Memberships

Memberships are for a single person, on weekdays only, with a minimum of 1 hour per session, and are valid at any of our branches within the plan's validity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Green Unisex Salon & Spa and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Green Unisex Salon & Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
